Job description:

Certified Learning and Development Programs:                                                                                                          

o Focuses on the facilitation and deployment at country or business unit level of all the Global CSCS modules. Delivery preparation, post-delivery reporting, and excellent facilitation of CSCS modules

o Captures data from programs to support metrics on Certified & Learning activity                           

o Ensures facilitation, environment and materials delivered are implemented uniformly across all parts of the business and are consistent with Global framework so all employees have the same experience.                                                                                                               

o "Identifies resistance and manages change through motivating and influencing others"

o Reinforces the Certified & Learning messages in order to align our people with the company strategy and goals                                                                                                                  

o Issues resolution/complaints handling where escalated                                                          

o Manages of campaigns including deployment for bulk Certified & Learning Projects                      

o Regularly obtains feedback from delegates and stakeholders to ensure an excellent service is achieved, maintained and improved.                                                                                                              

o Ensures operational delivery for current and future Programs is planned and resourced effectively                                                                                                                 

o Champions continuous improvement and innovation                                                               

o Supports with new agenda and programs development (when required)                                                                                                                     

Analytics:                          

o Feed the tools and frameworks which measure the effectiveness of the Programs (i.e. accurate update of My TW with participants, sessions,…)                                                                                                         

Stakeholders:                              

o Develops business partner relationships with stakeholders across the Business, working in close collaboration with the Operation and HR teams to ensure successful deployment of Certified framework                                                                                                                

o Works alongside the wider Certified team to deploy the additional modules with skill, professionalism, passion and enthusiasm, enabling the operation to really gain the rewards of strong employee engagement                                                                                                           

o Achievement of the Certified & Learning completion levels on all programs                                     

o Champions/leads/sponsors change projects                                                                              

o Coordinates efforts and aligns resources to achieve objectives                              

o Regularly reviews and communicates progress against deployment plans, objectives and adjusts as neede  

o Supports all deployment for Certified & Learning                                                                                     

o Supports and inspires the development of others                                                                                    

o Provide coaching and training to business facilitators                                                                             


Requirements:

o Proven competency to communicate, engage and influence both up and down the organizational structure                                                                                                                                    

o DePICT/DMAIC/First Choice certifications/ Change Management (ACT certification) desirable   

o Strong facilitation skills                                                                                                                                  

o TTF completed and business facilitator - preferable                                                                                

o Strong relationship and influencing skills           

o English - Desirable
