Sales Administration Support - SDC
The Sales Admin Support is a direct report role to the Area Sales Manager. It is a function within the DHL organisation in supporting achievement and improvement of sales efficiency and effectiveness through Partner Record maintenance
The role supports the sales channels in achieving the revenue target, gaining new Partners, increasing sales record quality, maintaining tariffs & implementing pricing proposals and improving partner sales, efficiency & effectiveness
The role provides administrative support in providing maintenance of sales records in COMET & through CMF maintenance, SPST & Accounting records and locator tool including Google places.
Other areas of direct involvement is the on-boarding process for new Partners.
The role resolves & assists partner requests / issues related to DHL and/or escalate requests to relevant parties when necessary within the specific cluster
The Sales Admin Support also provides an interface role with other functions in DHL organisation
To provide the sales channel with accurate, timely and business driven administrative support in line with ever changing business requirements.
This is a cross functional role in that an understanding of all levels, roles and responsibilities within Service Point & Sales is expected in order to provide the required level of business insight through quantitative and qualitative sales support.
To offer an efficient, professional, courteous and customer oriented response to sales/customer enquiries and also responsible for supporting all cluster sales team.
To provide assistance to the internal / external customers by coordinating support departments at DHL
which will ensure that customers’ and sales people’s needs are met.
