To meet Department and individual
KPI’s, (DSO, Call Volume, Cash Collections, reduction of aged debt & Customer Contact)
Maintain a high volume of calling – (30 Calls a day)
Carry out Conference calls & customer visits with Sales Team and Line Managers to build relationships, attend customer needs and support any issues with accounts receivables issues
Liaise with relevant GCS (Global) account managers in reference to major accounts
Build and maintain relationships internally and externally in order to maximise Cash Collections and keeping customers loyal.
Understand and escalate issues as soon they arise within the DHL business structure, seeking solutions and resolutions.
Perform sit-ins with department visitors to show the fully functional role of a Credit Controller.

Providing guidance and coaching to any new members of the team

Prompt action and daily personal goals of phone calls, emails and any other correspondence that assist in Cash
Collections Maintain a ledger of DHL customers using all tools available. Becoming an expert in GRP to maintain and manage accounts
Ensuring the DHL Collection and late payer’s process is followed strictly.
Work towards achieving monthly targets against aged debt and cash collections set by the Receivables Supervisor
Understand the SOP’s in use by the department and follow them to achieve results
Ensure that accurate notes are logged against customer invoices and accounts detailing discussions, payments and queries
Establish correct contact names,
numbers and relationship links for all accounts on portfolio. Responsibility for updates in GRP.
Understand productivity requirements of the department and adhere to daily tasks set

Competent communication skills essential
MS Office skills desirable (Word & Excel)

Expected years of experience (minimum)
1 year or more DHL knowledge/experience (preferred within an Accounts Receivables environment)
Expected Educational Qualifications
GCSE level essential
