Student Assistant / part time Administrative Assistant – DHL GLOBAL FORWARDING, Vejle

Your primary place of work will be at the DHL Global Forwarding’s office at Centerbakken1, Vejle.

The main responsibilities in the job

You’ll get responsibility for your own standard administrative and operational tasks, which requires accuracy and timeliness handling.

Furthermore the job includes

  • Update in diverse systems, from standard procedures
  • Follow up on operational tasks
  • Maintain data in systems
  • Administrative support for the freight department
  • Diverse ad hoc tasks

You as a person

For this position, we imagine that you are under education/studying and therefor would like to supplement your education with a part time job. Alternative you are searching for a flex job that includes administrative tasks 10-20 hours a week. As the deadlines in this business are razor-sharp, we hope, that you have a structured approach to your tasks, you work solution-oriented, and you are used to prioritizing the many tasks within administration. You thrive on the quality of your work, and see service and customer contacts as a natural part of your tasks.

From a competency point of view, we expect you to

·Have good IT-qualifications, eg. Proficient user of Microsoft Office, and it will be an advantage if you have worked with CargoWise in a prior job.

  • master English and Danish – in both speach and writing.

The position is a part time position, eg. 10-20 hours a week excl. lunch break. The work schedule is very flexible.

The compensation package is determined by the qualifications and competencies you hold. Besides base salary it will include canteen.
