Main functions:

  • Implement contractual agreements, maintain and improve them constantly

  • SOP management (contact list, updates, distribution internally)

  • Implementation of new lanes

  • On-boarding of NEW suppliers, sites and potentially assets

  • Tactical project management role – day to day contact for costumer and their suppliers on tactical opportunities and operational issues/improvements, also escalation point

  • Analyse logistics data, flows and cost to identify new improvement and cost reduction projects

  • Analyse Quality KPI’s Complaints & Claims

  • Provide Monthly KPI’s Quality reports to the Quality & Contract Manager

  • Manage and implement these projects (process improvement and  simplification, cost simulations, etc.) ranging from process improvements, supply chain improvements, RFQ and spot quotation processes and re-engineering of physical supply chain solutions like X-docks, packaging, containers, etc.

  • Budget (spent) regular follow-up vs savings to achieve, in relation with accounting/invoice audit

  • Occasionally handle requests for urgent shipments (Express request & coordination, searching for options and submitting the quote to the customer)

  • Occasionally resolve issues, complaints and claims as well as other enquiries and proactively manage exceptions and disruptions

  • Ensure consistent delivery across region and Business Units, leverage best practices with goal to improve customer/LLP process leading to cost savings and efficiencies.

  • Preparing QBRs (data collection, root cause analyses).

  • Maintain effective relationship with all tactical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years in international logistics industry, desirable LLP/4PL

  • Background in project management, supply chain optimisation, project management, solution design and/or performance management

  • Proven ability to work remotely with different parties (customer, supplier and forwarder)

  • Bachelor or master degree in Logistics, Business Administration and/or Economics

  • English proficiency
