HEAD OF AIR FREIGHT

OBJECTIVES

·As member of the country SMT, provides AFR input to key country business decisions and Programs.

·Responsible for the management of the country unit production site(s) assigned to Job Duties.

JOB DUTIES

·Responsible for the management of the country unit production site(s) assigned to

·Analyses costs and cost structure of production on country unit level and derives improvement measurements and actions in consultation with head country unit and country group production manager

·Constant improvement and optimization of production means

·Maintains carrier contact / negotiation according to corporate policy and in consultation with regional group production manager

·Proposes IT needs and PM improvement possibilities

·Defines implements, monitors and enforces service quality standards rendered in production site(s) assigned to

·Selects personnel to reach targets (in agreement with head country unit)

·Develops and motivates personnel of production site(s) assigned to

·Review and approve all impact registers with the department products, activities and services

·Support and promote environmental objective, targets and programs

·Liaise with Region Function Head continuously and in good time of occurrences within his / her area of responsibility

·Comply with QHSE procedure and regulation

·Actively participate in all QHSE program
