Human Resources Executive
·Drive employee engagement programmes.
·Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters effectively.
·Facilitate and support change management initiatives.
·Anticipate and manage changes while addressing resistance and concerns from staff.
·Working with management, staff and Learning and Development as a team, ensure all learning and development activities are effectively and efficiently executed.
·Organize town hall and communication sessions.
·To contribute to a high performance service culture within the team.
·To co-ordinate and manage surveys for the organisation to ensure that employee opinion us regularly obtained, externally benchmarked, feedback provided and improvements are achieved through management commitment and focus.
·Recruitment of FTEs, Contracts and Interns.
·Building relationship with vendors, suppliers, government officials and university representatives to ensure smooth execution of HR tasks.
·Degree in HR or related education background.
·1 year of relevant experience preferably in a MNC environment.
