  • ·Drive employee engagement programmes.

  • ·Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters effectively.

  • ·Facilitate and support change management initiatives.

  • ·Anticipate and manage changes while addressing resistance and concerns from staff.

  • ·Working with management, staff and Learning and Development as a team, ensure all learning and development activities are effectively and efficiently executed.

  • ·Organize town hall and communication sessions.

  • ·To contribute to a high performance service culture within the team.

  • ·To co-ordinate and manage surveys for the organisation to ensure that employee opinion us regularly obtained, externally benchmarked, feedback provided and improvements are achieved through management commitment and focus.

  • ·Recruitment of FTEs, Contracts and Interns.

  • ·Building relationship with vendors, suppliers, government officials and university representatives to ensure smooth execution of HR tasks.

  • ·Degree in HR or related education background.

  • ·1 year of relevant experience preferably in a MNC environment.
