We are now looking for our next Director, Business Development & Account Management to drive our business and sales across the Nordics. Gaining, maintaining and growing profitable business opportunities according to our growth transformation agenda are the main accountabilities of this position. Solid experience in the logistics service industry and brilliant customer relationship management skills are your key advantages in managing our diverse account portfolio and expanding the company presence in the industry. Aiming to be the Employer, Provider and Investment of Choice, this is a key role in achieving and maintaining the goal.
Your main responsibilities include
•Driving and supporting the development and implementation of sales growth strategies
•Maintaining access to key target account stakeholders, positioning DSC and continuously reviewing business opportunity potential on a Nordic level
•Leading and developing our business development & strategic growth teams
•Developing and leveraging constructive relationships with key customer stakeholders
•Continuous improvement of sales process and production of deliverables, in cooperation with other functions involved

•Strong experience in contract logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the Nordics area
•Strategic vision and ability to drive change agendas
•Brilliant skills to build and foster customer relationships and networks
•Capability to lead people with respect & results
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, professional English and at least one Nordic language skills
We also value successful track record of new customer contracts.
The position will be based in Sweden but travelling within the Nordics is required. Your team is located within all Nordic Countries. This role is part of the Nordics Management Team and reports to Head of Business Development Benelux & Nordics with dotted line to Head of Nordics.
