Job Description:

  • Processing GeT online purchase order for non COS related transaction

  • Accounts Payable process include preparing Payment to Cash vendor for the branch

  • Monitor collection of Cash transaction (Accounts Receivable) for the branch

  • Organize employee events for the branch

  • Contacting vendor for office maintenance

  • Coordinate with IT related to staff workstation

  • Manage stationeries stock include copy of Bill of Lading, papers and pen

  • Any other tasks as assigned by Branch Manager

    Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field

  • Minimum 3 years working experience

  • Good communication skills

  • Good adaptability skills

  • Good team player

  • Beginner Microsoft Excel skills
