Job Description

Recruitment / Sourcing / Talent Management
Design, delivery and management of recruitment and talent management processes to ensure that we attract, select, integrate, engage and retain people within the organization with the aptitude and abilities to meet the current and future needs of the business. Working together with HR colleagues and line managers to optimize the use of these processes and tools, aligned to corporate strategy and goals.
  1. Sourcing Strategy: Manage recruitment strategy and process, maintenance and development of resourcing   and candidate tracking systems. Determine and advise on recruitment methods, channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Agencies, Universities) and selection tools (e.g. SHL, PI, etc.). Ensure processes, policies and approaches are regularly refreshed to remove bias and prevent discrimination
  2. Resource Management/ Workforce Planning: Identify and develop pipeline to meet current and future resourcing and business needs
  3. Assessment & Selection: Work with line managers to define recruitment needs, establish role requirements, sourcing plan and execute the sourcing plan. Support selection process and interviewing
  4. Employer   branding: Provide guidelines, materials and activities to promote DPDHL brand to attract/retain   candidates, manage job fairs and benchmark employer attractiveness
  5. Graduate Programs: Create, implement and manage Graduate /College Recruitment and Internship programs
  6. On-boarding processes and Induction: Ownership and promotion of frameworks, tools and programs for effective induction and integration of new and existing employees into new roles
  7. Talent   Management: To support talent management framework such as Employee Development Reviews   (EDRs), Talent Development and Programs, Succession Planning and Career Frameworks
Learning & Development
Implementing L&D framework aligned with business and overall HR strategy and design /provide or leverage L&D processes, tools and systems
  1. Training Administration: Program bookings, event management, participant liaison, training effectiveness   metrics and tracking
  2. Training Management: Budget ownership, ensuring training standards and training team capability, monitoring industry trends and external networks
  3. Development Advice: Individual/ team support, coaching on performance improvement, and facilitating use of development tools
  4. Vendor Management: Selecting and managing L&D solutions and systems providers, supplier liaison – working in close cooperation with procurement
Employee Relations
Implementing ER frameworks (e.g. tools, processes, training and communication) in suppor  of business strategy to increase employee engagement and productivity
  1. Employee Engagement: Designing and implementing engagement frameworks and processes in order to create respectful, diverse and high performance culture with engaged workforce; e.g. Employee Opinion   Surveys, employee award and recognition schemes
  2. Employee Opinion Survey: Prepare, administer and facilitate annual Employee Opinion Survey administration, communication and follow up
  3. Employee Communications: Drive and coordinate employee engagement communication with support of communication experts, e.g. for EOS highlights, follow up updates, engagement, recognition and motivation   initiatives, etc.
  4. Recognition Frameworks: Manage employee award programs and other recognition schemes like Service Years, Appreciation Days, recognition toolkit, etc.
  5. Diversity: programs and tools to ensure awareness and compliance to diversity and inclusion, drive initiatives to improve diversity across key categories, including measurement and diversity KPIs

Job Requirements
  • Degree, preferably Human Resource or Business related disciplines
  • No working experience required
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Creative in designing presentation materials
  • Knowledge in content creation for digital media publicity will be advantageous
