Job Description
  • Ensures that the implementation milestones as set in the GCIPM and CIPM process are met and followed up
  • Ensures that all implementation tasks are performed
  • Supports and leads local customer implementation projects
  • Executes CIPM projects and corresponding activities
  • Executes GCIPM projects in country and corresponding activities
  • Ensures all customer requirements are fully understood, can be met and are documented
  • Gathers information required to fulfill implementation
  • Interacts and communicates with key stakeholders to align, e.g. between Sales, Product, customer
  • Supports successful onboarding of regionally managed customer implementations in country
  • Establishes implementation plans and develops processes, which will result in overall KPI improvements
  • Monitors and steers on country implementation KPIs and delivery against defined targets
Requirements
  • Logistics business background, Product and Operations know-how
  • Good communicative, analytical & administrative skills
  • Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience in leading meetings and facilitating training
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Project management
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Degree with 1-2 yrs working experience
  • Diploma with 2-4 yrs relevant working experience
