DHL is offering one exceptional candidate the chance to join the São Paulo, Tax Team as a Full Tax Analyst.In this role, you will work with the Manager of Indirect Tax to manage state and municipal taxes and perform closing, tax routines and day-to-day activities, with medium complexity and moderate supervision
In your day-to-day role you will:
·Analyze and check the movements of invoices.
·Calculate taxes (ISS, ICMS).
·Prepare tax payment process and send to treasury for payment.
·Control payment receipts.
·Prepare, validate and deliver tax obligations.
·Reconciliation of accounts related to taxes under responsibility.
·Understand business transactions to determine tax consequence or opportunities to minimize taxes, request data for tax audits.
·Gather documentation for all tax audits.
·Conduct, with assistance and supervision, a medium to high complexity project, systems change, implementation of ancillary obligations.
·Issuance of Debt Clearance Certificates from branches and taxes under their respective responsibility.
·Direct support to operations and other departments, in matters related to tax.
·Conduct fiscal training for internal and external audiences related to low and medium complexity issues.
Your qualifications include:
·1-3 years corporate indirect tax experience (required)
·Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Law
·Communication Skills - Oral and Written
·Microsoft Office (Excel, intermediate to advanced)
·Protheus - Totvs
