We offer standardized transport as well as highly specialized end-to-end solutions to customers in a wide range of industries globally.
Currently we are looking for: AFR Business Development Specialist.

Your task will be:
Identifies market demand for new services in alignment with Sales
Ensures implementation of new services in line with customer expectations and needs
Provides input on service elements
Is the key Product liaison with Sales with regards to commercial business growth and sales development
Expert contact to accompany Sales to customers and support Sales in developing customer prioritization lists
Supports in solution design
Gauges market demand for AFR service (performs competitor, customer and market research at country level) in alignment with Sales
Initiates development of products that meet market demand by identifying opportunities and then communicating with regional Business Development and Sales
Trains Sales people on products, and is the Product specialist point of contact for Sales people
Supports Sales in targeting customers with the right products
Supports Sales and global Product on service element definition (during product lifecycle, establishes, maintains and retires service element) by providing input and recommendation
Supports Sales in developing a customer prioritization and target list
Supports in solution design for customer requests together with Sales in more complex high priority cases
Delivers input and executes global/regional/local strategies (e.g. sector-specific activities)
Interacts with customers in alignment with Sales
Your profile should look like:
Deep knowledge of AFR forwarding business
Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
Results driven and attention to details
Strong structuring skills
Strong problem-solving mentality
International and strong brand support with clear processes
Flexible working hours with possibility of occasionally working from home upon agreement
