For our Sales department in Regensdorf we are looking for a
Key Account Manager, 100%
starting as of 1. January 2020 or upon agreement.
Your mission is to gain, maintain and grow profitable business within targeted industry segments:
-You will take ownership of and manage of 8 - 10 Key Accounts Customers
-You will develop and implement business plans, aligned to the Industry Sales Plan
-You will engage and resolve contract negotiations to build strong customer relationships
-You will understand customer Transportation and supply chain, decision making unit and opportunities to identify solutions that bring customers competitive advantages
-You will secure the professional implementation of contracts
-Share account knowledge and plans with key stakeholders
-You will build superior knowledge of the customer’s market environment
-You will proactively communicate and engage functional experts to minimizes diversionary activity
What we need from you:
-You are native or fluent in German with an excellent command of English, French is a plus
-You have a background in logistics and solid experience in Key Account Management
-You have excellent presentation skills, both written and oral
-You are confident in dealing with senior decision makers
-You are a people person with strong negotiation skills
-You know how to build long lasting relationships
