We are looking for an Operations Process Improvement Manager (Fixed Term Contract) to join our DHL eCommerce team in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Run operations projects that lead to improvement in quality or costs.

  • Assist the Director of Operations in driving key initiatives by providing training, follow up and reporting progress.

  • Develop strategies on new depot opening, when, where, and how.

  • Ensure compliance spot checks on operational process and contracts (lease/vendor contract etc).

  • Responsible in operations process improvements on overtime management, scanning compliance both process and system advancement.

  • Work closely with operations excellence to develop necessary reporting to improve efficiency of operations process like recon of COD parcels, recon of return parcels etc.

Competency Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experiences in the Operations field.

  • Working knowledge of Malaysia geography.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any field/discipline.

  • Knowledge of Data Visualization tools will be a plus

  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint

  • Strong communications skills and people management and operations process skills/knowledge.
