Operations Process Improvement Manager (Fixed Term Contract)
We are looking for an Operations Process Improvement Manager (Fixed Term Contract) to join our DHL eCommerce team in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Run operations projects that lead to improvement in quality or costs.
Assist the Director of Operations in driving key initiatives by providing training, follow up and reporting progress.
Develop strategies on new depot opening, when, where, and how.
Ensure compliance spot checks on operational process and contracts (lease/vendor contract etc).
Responsible in operations process improvements on overtime management, scanning compliance both process and system advancement.
- Work closely with operations excellence to develop necessary reporting to improve efficiency of operations process like recon of COD parcels, recon of return parcels etc.
Minimum 5 years experiences in the Operations field.
Working knowledge of Malaysia geography.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any field/discipline.
Knowledge of Data Visualization tools will be a plus
Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint
Strong communications skills and people management and operations process skills/knowledge.
