We are looking for a NPA Associate to join our DHL eCommerce Solution team based in Puchong, Malaysia.
To collect NPA Ratings over daily calls from a sample of Shippers and Receivers. Previous day's transaction samples are taken to request customers for their feedback across multiple touch points in the business. This live feedback is used to measure frontline effectiveness and identify service improvement areas
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Responsible in collecting NPA ratings over daily calls from a sample of Shippers and Receivers.
Identify sample data for ratings collections.
Call as per standard script to collect service rating & understand customers concerns.
Responsible in creating Weekly / Monthly NPA Performance Reports for Management.
- Run any ad-hoc report (Management report) or task as needed.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, any field/discipline.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the logistics Company or function is good to have but not necessary.
Fluent in English and Malay. Mandarin will be an additional advantage.
Strong communications skills
Exposure in courier industry will be an added advantage.
