We are currently seeking an Intern to join our Retail department in DHL eCommerce Solution based in Puchong Malaysia

The Intern in Retail will be responsible in administrative support and ensure quality assessment of Service Point via calls. We are looking for two internship, one will be based to support the frontend and the other one will be based to support the backend.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Backend Job scope:
  • Support Administrative Task (Scanning and Updating Documentation)
  • Supports of Parcel Flow and Managing Parcel Delivery Status
  • Supports in quality assessment of Service Points via Calls.
  • Any ad hoc task assigned by superior.

Frontend Job scope:

  • Basic Administrative Task (Preparation of Training Materials for Service Points).
  • Support on Training to Service Points.
  • Supports in quality assessment of Service Points via Calls or Visitation.
  • Supports on Roadshow Activities, creating Awareness of DHLeC to surroundings areas (Multiple Locations)- Sales Orientated.
  • Any ad hoc task assigned by superior.

Desired skills and qualifications

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or a Bachelor in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Preferred language (s): Mandarin
