License Analyst (Commercial) acts as an interface for license requests from customers/IT services to our vendors. This role is responsible for processing of license purchases, renewals, maintaining supplier portfolio (system setting and communication), doing factual review of invoices related to license created purchases and ensuring all required data is properly tracked in departmental database

  •  Creating and submitting purchase orders for new license purchases and software renewals, ensuring all documents are correct and enclosed in system and orders issued to suppliers
  •  Data administration in corporate purchasing tool (GeT), managing related workflow items and Goods Receipts, 
  •  Supplier data maintenance and communication with suppliers
  •  Invoice reviewing in SAP in connection with license purchase orders
  •  Performing regular update of departmental license purchases database
  •  Tracking key data relating to license and software support agreements and purchasing process
  •  Cooperation with software vendor managers within our team, finance/accounting, controlling and ordering system support
  •  Managing purchase order life cycle including quality assurance
  •  Creation of management reports and data feeds relating to license purchases, renewals & invoicing
  •  Ensuring that relevant stakeholders are informed about upcoming renewals, provided with relevant documents and information

  •  MS Office, mainly MS Excel
  •  Process oriented personality
  •  Analytical skills
  •  Communication skills in English
  •  Proactive work ethic
  •  Experience with ordering and vendor management
  •  Experience with procurement tools (SAP,…)
