About the role:

HW Support Administrator acts as an interface for HW support related requests from customers/IT services to our HW vendors. This role is responsible for maintaining HW support information within GSN and communication and negotiations with HW vendors, doing factual review of invoices related to HW maintenance and ensuring all required financial data is properly tracked. Currently we are looking for suitable candidate, who would like to work part time (20h per week). 


Your job:

  •  Financial part of HW support administration - purchase orders and invoices – creation, approvals, review;

  •  Preparation of HW support related business cases

  •  Maintenance of HW database; review of supported scope (servers/storages) under HW contracts 

  •  Communication with external vendors – quote requests, reporting 

  •  Cooperation with DHL internal technical teams to ensure proper support structure  

  •  HW support related  projects – f.e. charging automation and transparency


You should have:

  •  Excel experienced user

  •  Experience with Service Now and SAP is welcome

  •  Strong written English and negotiations skills 

  •  Detailed oriented person with analytical skills, focused on target, proactive and self-driven, taking responsibility for dedicated projects
