ABOUT THE ROLE:
HW Incident Management Coordinator is responsible for coordination and review of HW incidents, reporting wrongly and inefficiently handled cases on both DHL and HW vendor side and introducing corrective and mitigation actions.  HW incident management coordinator interacts internally mostly with Operations teams supporting infrastructure, DB, MW and externally with Account managers on HW vendor side.    

YOUR JOB:
  •  HW vendor management – communication with HW vendors related to HW incidents and stepping into escalations with 3rd parties, participating on service reviews with HW vendors 
  •  Responsible for HW incident analysis and reporting
  •  Working on constant improvement of HW incident management processes
  •  Cooperate on enhancements of  HW incident management tools and possible integration of the tools with HW vendors
  •  Improving processes and activities supporting HW incident management process ( such maintenance of local contact persons for remotely managed locations, access management to DC – requesting physical access to DC premises for 3rd party technicians and arranging all necessary 3rd party accounts with proper access rights)   

YOU SHOULD HAVE:
  •  Full time employee
  •  Strong written and spoken English
  •  High coordination and negotiations skills 
  •  Team player
  •  Proactive and self-driven person able to find the quick solution following the processes, taking responsibility for dedicated activities 
  •  Able to create big picture and implement improvements
  •  Experience with Service Now is welcome
