About the role:

We are looking for Business Information Specialist to support country alignment initiatives, financial processes, reporting and PdS Countries global data gathering and analysis. You will deliver ad hoc analyses for senior management to identify opportunities for improvement. 
We are looking for someone with passion for the data, attention to the detail and analytical thinking. 

Your work:
  •  Interaction with PdS Countries teams globally, primarily in Germany (finances - charging, proactive reporting, escalations, change management, TCI, order management, central & local projects and initiatives, service alignment, consultancy… )
  •  Providing analyses used by Production Services senior management for executive decisions
  •  Work with colleagues to investigate operational requirements and problems, seeking effective solutions through improvements in information systems, data management, processes/procedures, organization and equipment
  •  Ensure consistency of internal activities across European countries and alignment to data center activities
  •  Follow up on agreed action plans and ensure resolution of issues, provide support with appropriate data & tools
  •  Manage the PdS Risks, PdS Supplier and PdS Sourcing areas, managing the communication with stakeholders, Service and Risks owners as well as with auditors and PdS MT 

Your skills:
  •  Analytical thinking and strategy
  •  Advanced in English both oral & written
  •  Solid with Excel (Visual Basic, Macros), PowerPoint, PowerShell
  •  MS Access, Basic Windows administration and Global Service Now (GSN)
  •  Interest in data management, control techniques IT know-how
  •  General IT know-how 
  •  Developing in Business area knowledge
  •  Knowledge of Incident, Change & Configuration management, ITIL foundations, iShare and MyNet platforms as advantage
  •  German language as advantage
