About your role:
You will be part of a team of project managers within the solution support L2 team for DHL Supply Chain. We manage the deliveries of new warehouse management systems to various implementing teams across world. The Inbound management team also takes care of the transition of these projects from project phase to „business as usual“. 
Besides regular management of the projects, you will gradually take on responsibility for further service improvements, steering the improvements from the design phase to implentation. Furthermore, as part of Inbound management team you will be responsible for deploying and rolling out new technologies across the entire DSC L2 Solution support such as Automic, Confluence, Zabbix etc.

Your skills:
  •  Very good understanding of ITIL (focus on Change Management)
  •  Experience with management/coordination of smaller scale projects of technical nature (e.g. deployments)
  •  Management skills 
  •  Good communication skills, fluent in English - B2 minimum, C1 preferred
  •  Detail-orientation
  •  Very-well organized – not as a phrase, but has inner sense of keeping proper records and adhering to procedures
  •  Ability to function in fast environment
  •  1 year experience in IT sector

Nice to have:
  •  Experience with JDA WMS Software or other warehouse management solutions is advantage
  •  Basic understanding of Oracle and linux
  • Experience with change management
  •  Interest in process management
  •  Knowledge of Automic, Zabbix, GSN, Confluence
Candidate can demonstrate verbally the above on real examples.
