To assist the Department in daily coordination of activities including written and verbal communications, meeting planning, and office organization. Assistants are often the first point of contact for their managers with people from inside and outside the organization.

Team assistant supports Operations in the following areas: coordinates travel, books purchase orders, books meetings, coordinates upskilling training process, maintains departmental intranet pages.

Requirements:
Technical and Other knowledge & skills required
•Very strong knowledge of Office applications
•Very strong knowledge of English
•Very strong written and oral communication skills

Behavioural skills required:
•Very strong attention to detail
•Strong information acquisition
•Very strong interacting with people
•Very comfortable with technologies used to manage schedules and plans, including email, Blackberry devices, Palm devices, and cell phones
