We are a global team of 65 HR specialists and we are looking for a colleague who will help us with the digital transformation of our HR services. The technology changes the way HR department contact employees, communicate with employees, store and analyze data or provide reporting. Used well, technology makes HR practices more efficient and that is why we need you.


ABOUT THE ROLE:

Your main responsibility would be a maintenance and further automations of internal HR processes and tools, to change operational HR processes to become automated and data-driven.  The position is also assigned as technical support for other HR colleagues. The core tasks:

  •  Contribute to HR Digital Roadmap

  •  Assess the existing HR tools and propose the way forward

  •  Take over the existing HR Chat-bot project and bring it to the next level

  •  Planning and executing the HR technology projects e.g. HR Reporting Automation

  •  Presents project results to management and/or department personnel

  •  Performs analytical work within the assigned functional area

  •  Come up with innovative ideas


YOU SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:

  •  Power BI

  •  SharePoint

  •  MS Excel

  •  MS Access

  •  SQL (basic knowledge)


NICE TO HAVE:

  •  Experience with visual studio SSIS 

  •  Basic knowledge of Java


PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of management

  •  Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals

  •  Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations

  •  University degree

  •  Good English language skills
