As an Associate License Specialist you will be responsible for preparation of financial business cases for new software asset acquisitions as well as for software support and maintenance renewals on behalf of License Operations. Your responsibility will be also tracking, reviewing, maintaining and reporting internal costs and cost recovery & revenue related to software vendors managed by the team. 

Experience in financial areas or procurement is a plus, but we are mainly looking for an individual with great attention to detail and analytical skills.


Preparation of financial business cases on behalf of License Operations and managing its cycle

Vendor cost recovery & revenue review and maintenance, cost reporting

Tracking key data relating to license support agreements, renewals, new purchases

Creation of accurate and detailed invoice data for license charges directly to business partners

Ensure that relevant stakeholders are informed about upcoming renewals and provided with all relevant background information and documents

Support renewals and new license purchases ensuring that all supporting data is provided

Creation of management reports relating to license purchases, renewals & invoicing

Data administration in purchasing system workflow and SAP in connection with purchase orders and invoices

Managing purchase order life cycle including quality assurance up to filing the orders 

Supporting processes related to license requests from customers/IT services to our vendors

Ad hoc tasks (calculations, cost analysis,…)


Detail oriented personality

MS Office, Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

Practical knowledge in creating reports and planning, data analysis

Experience in preparation of formal documentation and follow up on updates

Experience in financial areas and/or procurement

English language – intermediate
