DHL is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal to support our legal counsel team in Plantation, FL.  Your responsibilities will include legal, administrative and analytical duties.  If you have a positive attitude and strong attention to detail then we are waiting to hear from you.

Your Day-to-day responsibilities are:

·REAL ESTATE (Required):Experience with drafting and negotiating real estate documents, such as leases, amendments, license agreements, termination agreements, estoppels, non-disturbance agreements, non-disclosure agreements, consents and notices.

·COMMERCIALCONTRACTS (Required): managing contracts, ability to identify & extract contractual terms, and experience with drafting and negotiating various contractual documents, including but not limited to customer contracts, vendor contracts for services and supplies, master supply agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.

CORPORATE GOVERNANCE (Preferred): Drafting and filing of business entity documents, company formation (including but not limited to corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships) and the handling of qualification documents; preparing resolutions and consents relating to corporate maintenance and company transactions;maintaining entity minute books; performing due diligence related to company transactions, including but not limited to acquisitions, mergers and restructures; and preparing transaction closing documents and binders, as well as all ancillary documentation;

·OTHER REQUIREMENTS:  From time to time may be requested to assist in other duties related to the legal department. 

Your Qualifications & Prior Experience Include:
At least 7+ years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate setting.  Ability to work in an organized, efficient manner; and must work well with minimal supervision and have excellent interpersonal skills.  Proficiency in MS Office and database systems.  Detail oriented, capable of communicating effectively with both in-house and outside clients and attorneys, and be particularly responsive to deadlines regarding transactions in various stages of development.  Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.  Strong client service skills.

Paralegal Certificate (required)

B.S./B.A. (preferred)
