DHL is looking for an Engineering or IT student for an internship in our Corporate Real Estate group. This position will support all Transformation and Digitalization (T&D) projects and initiatives with implementation and tracking for DHL's Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Americas. The main focus of this position is to execute, analyze and deliver initiatives to enable process efficiency, support CRM (customer relationship management), support employee engagement, and manage Internal and External Communications. This position requires very good interpersonal and communication skill, strategic view and creative ideas to exceed business objectives.PowerBI and Microsoft Excel skills are required.


·Work with all CRE functions (e.g. Transaction Management, Business Development & Construction, and Asset Management) in the design, execution and delivery of key projects and initiatives

·Execute CRE branding, internal communications and marketing programs and capabilities including (Intranet site, social media groups, newsletter, etc.)

·Support trainings and Workshops related to Employee Engagement and Customer Satisfaction

·Manage internal and external communication strategy

·Supports and executes the program designedto ensure everyone is working to reduce redundancies, spend and increase efficiencies for the customers and the region

·Propose, Lead, Development & implementation of creative, innovative solutions for the CRE team and internal customers increasing efficiency, reducing spend and increasing reach

·Support CRM (customer relationship management) initiative and actions for reporting

·Analyze the performance of all CRE data channels. Pivot strategy to match customer needs


·Solution-oriented person, putting the customer’s needs at the center of the focus.

·Handle broad range of CRE work – some admin, but sometimes complex and non-routine requiring more background research

  • Relevant University Degree e.g. in Engineering, Communication, Human Resources

  • Language: English and Spanish (desirable)

  • Microsoft Office skills (Power Point, Office and Excel)

  • Microsoft Power BI skills
