Global Facilities Management Senior Analyst
Job Purpose | |||
Lead the development, deployment, implementation, and training of Facility Management Best Practices and Processes for the Global FM team.Identify, investigate, and deploy savings programs and provide necessary training. Manage multiple projects/activities that include on a globally distributed basis the tracking, enhancements and reporting of: goals, KPIs, Service Level Agreements, costs savings, and other key FM measures.Consolidate data, create, and provide reporting to senior management.Recommend and implement optimal and cost-effective IT tools to use to optimize the role and to minimize the impact to the global FM team.Monitor compliance of corporate programs and processes.Fully understand corporate real estate responsibilities and functions, real estate strategies, and the blending of these with functional and corporate objectives. | |||

·Evaluates third party applications. Provides recommendation for applications and implementation strategy.

·Develop and deploy consolidated reporting, analyze reports and provide summary to end-user and senior management. ·May supervise the creation of and/or create materials for training, promotion, and communication of the programs within role. ·Develops success indicators and monitors program performance. Recommends adjustments to program based on results of success indicators. ·Generates interim progress reports, final reports, and presentations for senior management. ·Other duties may be assigned by manager. | |||
