Our Director of Customer Centricity is responsible for leading and increasing Sales Effectiveness, development of our Business Development Community and direct Customer interaction. You will develop build connections across the sales teams in LatAm in line with the region’s overall business strategy focused on growth.
In this Director, Customer Centricity role:
You’ll focus on Sales Effectiveness by supporting Country teams in assessing and selecting top talent
You’ll assess and implement rigorous training and development needed to enable the organization to increase profitable revenue year over year
You’ll support connectivity across the BD community to ensure best practice sharing and standardized processes and approach
You’ll spend time with current and future customers, fostering relationships, facilitating discussions, identifying opportunities and helping solve problems
You’ll facilitate one of our most important workshops with customers and DHL – Customer 4 Life
You’ll work to bring the Sales Community together through recognition and strategic agenda to foster growth
You’ll align internal resources and coordinate cross-functional teams to create a seamless solution for current or future customers – delivering on our promise to be The Provider of Choice
You’ll define regional improvement areas based on pipeline reporting in collaboration with sales effectiveness

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing functions with leadership responsibility
Ability to work with a variety of Country, Regional and Global stakeholders
In depth Supply Chain Industry Knowledge
Excellent facilitation skills
Innovative and creative problem solving capabilities
Availability to travel around the Latin America region
Bilingual – English and Spanish; Portuguese desired
