We are looking for a Sales Support Professional who will provide support to the VP, Global and Regional Customer Managers in the preparation and tracking of business information such as revenue, customers trading statistics, issues and reporting for the assigned customers.

Location: Plantation, Florida 

Reporting Line: VP Regional Head Life Sciences and Healthcare, Americas 

Key Accountabilities

 Under the direction and guidance of the sales team undertake the preparation of the assigned customer portfolio, such as revenue, and track trading record for the sales team to take appropriate action. 

 Provide analysis of Sales-related data and information and performs analytical work to support the various business needs for the Sector. 

 Prepares and analyzes data and coordinates the reporting function to accurately identify data integrity issues and recommend possible system or process enhancements. 

 Compiles and summarizes data to present to management as necessary. 

 Researches, documents and reports on various market changes affecting the LSH Sector. 

 Assists in maximizing efficiencies through identifying, monitoring and documenting operational issues. 

 Maintain and ensure accuracy of reports along with the contact database for customers.

 Manage customer presentations and other sales projects as required 

 Assist Customer Managers as required with Systems administration such as ACE 

 Monitor & proactively manage Pipeline system (ACE) to ensure accuracy of input information and adherence to posted timelines 

 Assist in the preparation of meeting materials for the assigned customer for the sales team. 

 Attend sales-related meetings with customer managers and provide reporting/research as needed 

 Play key role in organization and/or coordination of Sales related events e.g. Industry sales conference. 

 Assist, provide ad-hoc assistance to the sales team where necessary 

 Manage and track team’s travel, leave, and training schedules.

 Manage customer presentations and other sales projects as required. 

 Coordinate the administrative and logistics aspects of meetings when held locally and in overseas, acting as liaison-in-charge, maintain management schedule for the Regional Sector Head 

 Assist in the preparation of notes/materials for meetings. Prepares slides for presentation, which requires some individual judgment and creativity. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

 University degree required with a minimum of 2 - 5 years’ experience related field OR MS/MA and generally 1-3 years of experience in related field 

 English and Spanish required; Portuguese preferred 

 Excellent PC (MS Office Applications incl. PowerPoint, EXCEL and WORD) and typing skills. 

 Presentation skills required – able to create and deliver. 

 Strong planning, organization and analytical skills 

 Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, reporting tools to support sales team preferred. 

 Experience with Sales Force/CRM system preferred 

 Experience in working with a team of account managers and senior sales management preferred 

 Understanding and knowledge of Logistics Industry preferred 

 Knowledge of DHL networks or systems preferred. 

 Experience in Project Management highly desired 

 Able to multitask and to deal with all employee levels. (C level executives preferred) 

 Strong organizational skills required 

 Excellent written and oral communication skills is required 

 Required knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Power Point, Excel, Visio, (Visual Basic a plus) Database such as Access, Sequel, desired 

 Excellent time management skills - acts responsibly and can be counted on to keep commitments 

 Willingness to travel within and outside the US to organize meetings and conferences. 

 Event management experience preferred 

 Team player who works cooperatively with others to achieve objectives
