DIRECTOR MARKETING & SALES PANAMA & CENAC
Objectives of the position:
Design, implement and manage the strategic plan for the country and the region of commercial scope aligned with the objectives set by the company, to increase and ensure business continuity with the search for commercial opportunities in the market.
Manages and directs and consolidates the team's global sales (all sales channels, trade routes and sales support).
Provides advice to contribute to the decision-making of others that have a greater impact on the company.
Leads key corporate client interfaces with commitment and strategy
Provides marketing and sales advice / sales information to the management team to facilitate the review and evaluation of the performance of each business
Maintains good relationships with business partners to explore and drive business.
Supports the Country Manager in designing and adjusting strategic guidelines.
Maintains contacts and helps in continuous development and cooperation through customer opportunities.
Develops sales motivation initiatives to maintain the high performance of the sales target in the year.
Defines, supervises and enforces the goals of the operating units.
Responsible for the achievement of sales business, projects, tenders.
University studies in careers in the logistics, marketing, sales, administration or related sectors.
5 years experience in the area
Extensive knowledge of the logistics business and understanding of the product it offers.
Experience in handling and preparing presentations and negotiations
