Job Description:

"Work with candidates and hiring manager to fulfil the position (85%)

? Manage white and blue collar sourcing for dedicated sites/countries according to the resource needs

? To agree on role specifications, sourcingand screening criteria, agree time to recruit with hiring manager,

? Develop effective relationship with stakeholders on site

? Conduct candidate screening and telephone interview and provide shortlist to Hiring Manager, arrange and lead face to face interviews with applicants

? Maintain appropriate level of contact and communication with candidates during the recruitment process, deliver the feedback to candidate

? Regularly update candidate tracker & database with candidate status

? Continuously obtain feedback from candidates and internal customers to ensure an excellent service is achieved, maintained and improved

Requirements:

* previous experience in recruitment role is a must, experience with recruitment of technical profiles is a plus

* communication and negotiation with external/internal suppliers is an advantage

* proficient in MS Office is needed

* excellent communication skills, strong organisation and time management skills

* English language at intermediate level
