What does this role hold for you…??

Plan and develop a strategic approach and initiatives to meet the recruitment targets.
Ensure implementation of DPDHL Global Talent Acquisition tools.
Working towards identifying and implementing robust recruitment processes for Leadership, middle management and entry level hiring on on-roll and off-roll basis.
Ensure strong source mix, recruitment metrics and proactive channels of sourcing.
Manage end to end recruitment process from demand management to sourcing, reviewing, interviewing to offer and finally on boarding process.
Proactively lead and manage any change management projects within recruitment related to Technology/ Processes.
Ensure timely delivery of targets and build strong proactive pipeline for talent through market understanding and foreseeing the business requirements across India.
Building strong vendor partnerships and campus relations.
Develop and drive Campus hiring strategy.
Work towards employer branding both internally and externally.
Build stronger understanding and visibility of competition and geographical landscape.
