Purpose -

Ensure high quality customer experience by addressing all questions/ complaints of existing customers and potential customers

Key Responsibilities -

As a Customer Service Executive, you would be expected to:
Deliver extraordinary customer service by responding to customers’ concerns regarding their accounts and shipments
Process customer request in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction with inbound and outbound calls and emails
Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures and service levels to meet customer needs and to ensure quality service
Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable customer value
Document necessary account information and offer custom solutions that benefit the customer
Deliver extraordinary results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency and quality
Balance customer interests with the interests of company
Resolve all customer queries and follow established problem ticket recording procedures
Gather relevant information from customers and update it accurately to facilitate the decision process

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required to successfully perform this job -

Bachelor’s degree in any field
2+ years of customer service experience in any industry
Strong phone, written and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Capacity to work out flexible work schedules when required
Analytical - Synthesizes complex information; Collects & researches data
Design - Generates creative solutions; Modify designs; Applies design principles; Demonstrates attention to detail
Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skilfully
Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback; Responds to requests; Meets commitments
Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification
Professionalism - Approaches others in a tactful manner; Reacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration
