What will you do:

·Reporting to the Regional Sourcing Manager for IT Procurement EMEA (including but not limited to United Kingdom, Ireland, Nordics, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa).

·Working within the IT Procurement EMEA team.

·IT – Cluster – Spend €155 m across EMEA (in 22 countries)

·Working within 5 categories, Hardware, Software, IT – Consulting, Business Process Outsourcing, Telecommunications and specializing in one or more categories.

·To take a lead in Stakeholder Mgt.

Serving as Procurement Professional:

·Develop & maintain thorough knowledge of regional

oMarkets and category trends

oSuppliers/ players

·Develop local and regional category strategies and contribute to global category sourcing strategies and initiatives

·Prepare & lead supplier negotiations with local and regional suppliers

·Prepare, conduct and lead tenders (incl. E-sourcing)

·Ensure effective implementation of DPDHL Procurement contracts

·Ensure adherence and compliance to DP DHL procurement toolsets and processes

·Ensure (sourcing, purchasing, company) policy adherence of regional/local divisional colleagues

·Track & maintain accurate data in the Procurement tools:suppliers, rates, contracts, spend, projects, master data

·Take an active lead in globally strategic sourcing proposals as required.

·Apply proper contract/supplier management

Dealing with Key Stakeholders / divisional colleagues:

·Establish close relationships with local/regional business units to:

oensure actual and future knowledge of demand

oservice quality;

obuild and maintain solid understanding of respective business needs

·Maintain strong working relationship & cooperation with:

oregion/country and corporate stakeholders

osourcing/category managers

osuppliers

Relevant Qualification:

·Relevant university degree and/orequivalent experience

·English language expert

Required Experience:

·3+ years of relevant experience in IT

·3+years ofrelevant experience in Procurement environment

·Project management experience

·Proven experience working in a virtual team in a multinational environment

·Self-management experience
