Summary

Responsible for oversight, management and financial performance of CRE Mexico team and Central America. Guarantee the legal operation of all the properties of the DHL Express Mexico Portfolio in Express, DGF and DSC Division, complying with the legal order at the Municipal, Federal and / or State level, by aligning Leasing, Facilities and Construction Management strategies to 3 divisions’ business plans and direction. Head Lead in the renewal of existing portfolio contracts in the three divisions. Responsible for managing an annual rental budget of approximately 20 million Euros for DSC, 26 million Euros for Express and a budget of 625 thousand euros for DGF.

  • Lead and direct the largest, most complex and most strategically significant negotiations, reaching agreements that have significant impact on DPDHL’s strategies
  • Control costs, quality for the three Mexico division projects
  • Head lead in expansion projects, for three Mexico divisions and Central America (MCA)
  • Direct the business success of the organization in the short, medium and longer term, regularly taking a strategic overview of all their activities, and market developments in order to grow revenue, reduce costs and maximize profits
  • Initiate, sponsor, and direct the work of very large and very complex teams (both line and matrix/virtual) to ensure that they achieve their goals that directly impact the long term strategy of DP DHL

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of relevant Commercial/ Corporate Real Estate experience (Developer, Property Leasing Agencies, Brokers, large corporations In-House Real Estate Specialist)
  • 5+ years leadership experience (staff or vendor leadership)
  • Must have experience in leading complex & large real estate venturing deals
  • Multiple country and/or industries
  • Relevant University Degree e.g. in Business, Architecture, Engineer, or Real Estate related field, Masters preferred
  • Membership in Professional Real Estate Institutions preferred, e.g. Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
  • Bilingual: English/ local language as needed
