Talent Management/Acquisition, L&D Specialist
Lead the Company's Employer Branding program in Iberia guaranteeing the right delivery in the graduates programs.
Lead & execute end to end recruitment processes (research, screening, assessment caters, and onboarding processes)
Lead the Company's annual training plan (training needs analysis, design, planning, execution, reporting and monitoring)
Management, control and monitoring the training budget
Learning and Development specific programs design.
Managing relationships with providers in recruitment, training and development.
Execute development dialogues and design Individual Development Plans.
Support talent management processes (performance review, Talent panels, potential and succession plan)
Support the deployment of the corporate employee engagement and Leadership development program
Execution and administration of internal development tools and processes, i.e. coaching, mentoring, 360º feedback, etc.
- Bachelor of Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration or similar studies
- Provide more than 5 years of experience in recruitment, training and development in a multinational company and/or HR consultancy
- High capacity of communication, impact and influence. Organization and planning.
- High level of English, spoken and written
