DHL Global Forwarding is looking for a skilled and experienced Head of Digitalization, Business Performance and Information Technology.

Head of Digitalization, Business Performance and Information Technology

1.Reports directly to the Regional Digitalization Program Manager and dotted line to Country Manager

2.Digitalization Responsibilities

a.Lead the execution of our digitalization priorities for all core customer facing and operational applications in country.

b.Improve understanding and use of our IT applications in operations, customer facing applications and related constraints.

c.Driving digitalization within Country/Station  business priorities with end users.

d.Drive benefits realization key areas in the country utilizing experts in reporting, billing, rates, tariffs, training, master data and architecture.

e.Obligatory Benefits realization accountabilities  are to increase awareness of the following areas (not exclusive)

i.Autorating          Auto costing       FRP as single source of truth       Paperless processes

ii.Data pre-population                       GSC as a back office compliance and process streamline.

f.Direct involvement and reviewing digitalization improvements in country operational procedures not limited to below.

i.TMS       EDM      Paperless            DSS        QuoteShop                         GCCS     DHLi       ESP                FCM       FSi3        myDHL Quote & Book    DCI         myDHLi Analytics myDHLi Track

g.Enhance employee and customer experience through Service Excellence Initiatives, Digital customer interactions and Customer centric solutions.

3.BPO Responsibilities

a.Implement corrective actions on local business processes and system usage

b.Provides process and system support services and training to super-user community

c.Documents business requirements, identifies and describes improvement potential, process change requests and change proposals for regional and global organization

d.Manages stakeholders (Process Owners, End Users, Regional and Global team) to drive project completion and fulfillment of KPIs

e.Drive change management to help users understand, commit to, accept, and embrace process/system changes

4.IT Manager responsibilities

a.Country responsible for IT Asset Management

b.Drive local Service Request Management in alignment with Sub-regional & Regional IT Service Management.

i.Creating and maintaining Service Request Forms.

c.Country responsible for IT infrastructure and IT standards for IT networks, vendors and security.

d.Drive a continuous improvement mind set and review across department teams about IT service operations to deliver operational excellence.

e.Lead local implementation of regional/global service management projects & initiatives, and local projects to improve our processes, infrastructure, and tools.
