We are looking for an HR Expert, who will drive our recruitment and employee engagement efforts. Every day is a new day full of challenges, excitement and learnings. What you’ll do 

  • From search to onboarding and even further: You drive the implementation and continuous improvement of a robust recruitment process to reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best candidates
  • You take the lead in organizing and participating in significant employer branding /recruiting events and promote Saloodo! to target talent pull in.
  • You drive the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, interviewing and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles
  • You drive the administrative work needed to get people on board (contract, relocation, maintain data bases, get IT equipment etc.)
  • You onboard new hires during their first days
  • You act as the interface between HR Business Partner, business and payroll on various adhoc topics and support your internal customers on various daily requests.
  • Make the workplace exciting, rewarding and engaging: You develop and implement initiatives to foster employee engagement (for example company and team events, in-house or off-site activities)
  • You support in the dissemination of important cross-team & company information 

What we expect

  • You have proven success in a similar recruitment role and at least 2 years of experience, preferably in a start-up, scale-up or in IT industry
  • You are passionate about recruitment, people and technology and enjoy working in a collaborative work environment where sharing your knowledge, gaining new insights and working as a team is key
  • You have at least 3-4 years of work experience in total
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree
  • You onboard new hires during their first days
  • You have already gained experience in general HR tasks (administration, onboarding, etc.)
  • You have experience in managing candidates and stakeholders from different cultures and diverse backgrounds.
  • You are fluent in German and English 
  • You are a team player and open for challenges 
  • You are proactive, organised and always seek to learn and improve. 
  • You have a customer oriented approach to things 
  • You are mature, reliable, able to make independent decisions, and to juggle multiple tasks effectively
