Your tasks will be:
•Responsible for managing claims mail address, entering new claims into claims system, sending claims acknowledgements, loading documents from available systems and from incoming mails into system claim files, requesting required/missing documents from sites, terminals, customers, responsible parties. Develop processes that continually improve the consistency and reliability of the service provided.
•Responsible to check, enter, gather, sort and handle mails, data and documents within time frames defined in Claims Matrix KPI
•Day to day handling of all incoming mails, sorting and managing claims communication, entering claims and data into claims system. Cooperating with Specialists in providing them correct data on time.
•Provide defined data and commentary to the DPDHL claims handling dashboard.
•Work with other members of IRM teams globally to share data and information with the common good of long-term cost reduction.
•Opportunity to learn and develop role from a Claims Administrator into a Trainee Claims Handler role, with a long-term vision of progressing to a Claims Handler handling own portfolio of Customers.
Your profile should look like:
•1+ year operating within Insurance or Economic environment
•Experience of cross border collaboration
•Ability to collaborate and network effectively within a demanding culturally diverse matrix organization
•Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
•Internal and external customer relationship skills experience
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
•Working with diverse and complex stakeholders from different business units
•Great international working environment
