Senior Application Support Specialist
DHL is hiring a Senior Application Support Specialist to our team in Heredia.In this role, you will provide English and Spanish speaking customers with 2nd level support and problem solving expertise with respect to complex technical issues of infrastructure, design, methods, and tools.You will ensure that all agreed targets, SLA's and Metrics are met.
skills you bring to this amazing opportunity are: Previous experience in area
of IT support Advanced experience in Windows Preferred intermediate+ knowledge
of Powershell; Knowledge of application servers (IIS, Tomcat, Weblogic); Android
knowledge; Team player attitude; Analytical skills and ability to get quickly
from incident/problem to solution; Customer focus approach; Fluent English (both verbal and writing); MDM
(Mobile Device Management) experience; Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix; Basic
knowledge of Bash; Familiarity with MS SQL and Oracle DB, active SQL usage
