IT SPECIALIST SUPPORT BUSINESS APLICATIONS

JOB OBJETIVE:

Support automation, support and digitization initiatives for business needs.

Functions:

• Provides excellent insight into application, product performance in a measurable and understandable way.

• Provide business analysis services for project work and improvements, including design proposals, functional and technical specifications, configuration, testing and documentation.

• Prepares product work plans, estimating the size and complexity of business requirements.

• Coordinates and / or executes the support activities related to the assigned information systems.

• Works with external clients to determine business requirements for proposed projects, as needed.

• Participation in projects, for the gathering of requirements and design of solutions, as necessary.

• Support to project managers and suppliers throughout the life cycle of software delivery.

• Promotes efficiency through good design and maximum reuse.

• Reduce complexity and cost at every opportunity.

• Ensures adherence to DPDHL and industry standards and solution design principles.

• Provides technical expertise during product selection and evaluations.

• Comply with the standards within the framework of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, quality standards and 5s / compliance / environment / occupational health and safety and others that are established by DHL and / or by the customer.

• Participation in internal meetings (eg, monthly service reviews, TDA).

• Ensures that all completed documentation meets DPDHL standards and is properly stored and secured.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Computer Engineering or Information Systems Engineering.

• 3 years minimum of experience

• Fluent in English spoken and written

• Advanced MS Office

• Software development in .NET, C #, HTML, JavaScript, Oracle form, reporting service, Webservice, Webform.

• Database: Oracle, SQL.

• Willingness to work under pressure

• Face-to-face work in Belén de Heredia

• Schedule Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm.
