Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering
•Fully computer literate with a solid knowledge of MS Office
•Between 3 to 5 years in supply chain experience (FMCG, Retail , Technology and/or customs experience will be advantage)
•Managing, analysing and understanding; performance management, contract/commercial management, continuous improvement, people management, regulatory compliance, budget responsibility


Job Description:

• Take full responsibility for managing and running a safe operation and driving a Safety First Culturewith all individuals on site by applying and improving the Safety Standards

• Demonstrate an active leadership style, taking full responsibility for driving an engagement culture at the site

• Act as the first point of contact for the customer relating to site operation matters and build a good relationship to develop trust and ensure strong engagement

• Maintain processes and required statutory qualifications to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and local legal obligations

•Act as account manager and drive excellence on contractual and commercial management during RFI/RFQ processes  and collaborate with business development and all relative support functions to increase BCA performance
•Conduct regular reviews (e.g. monthly) with customer/ operation teams on operational performance and delivery against the agreed KPIs 

• Identify and deliver improvements opportunities using OMS First Choicetools in the operation, focusing on delivering continuous improvement to improve annual gross profit

• Own the annual Site Development Plan and deliver agreed actions, engaging relevant stakeholders to improve the overall site maturity, performance and productivity

• Lead the teams to develop the most efficient operation possible with the use of RPM system functionality and report

•Lead operational development & projects execution.
•Follow up budget score closely, feedbacks and increase it quarter by quarter.
•Ensure adequate security measures are in place to protect the site premises with Security Department
•Responsible for the overall annual performance of the site, including achievement of agreed customer KPIs, delivering site budget, financial results and other internal KPIs (eg. safety, operational, employee , customer and contract related.)
