International Service Agents are a crucial component to the operational success of DHL. Involved in all aspects of the operation at the CVG Erlanger, KY hub job duties include processing time-sensitive materials for pick-up, transit, delivery, sorting, loading, unloading, and material handling. International Service Agents must move material with speed and accuracy according to established procedures to meet the deadlines of business necessity.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to qualify for an airport security badge and/or Customs clearance for DHL facility and pass a drug screen
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occassionally
Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop and climb stairs/ladders
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Speak, read and understand English
Skills & Qualifications
Current ramp training certification needed.
Current forklift cert or ability to complete the training required.
Basic computer skills required.
