WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support daily operations and provide 2nd level of support for SharePoint and Nintex services globally
Responsible for ensuring the service infrastructure meets the business agreed SLA with high quality service support
Must be able to work on ticket and resolve them within Target Resolution Time (TRT) with reliable workaround / permanent solution.
Must be able to provide 24x7 on-call support on rotational basis during the weekend
Champion continuous improvement and innovation to ensure service stability and sustainability
Ensure implementation of new deployment and changes to existing services in the production / staging / development environments are in line with customer project plans and requests
Ability to work within IT, cross functionally and with 3rd party vendors, in order to successfully identify, prioritize, and resolve any operational issue arise.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Required skills: SharePoint 2013 or above
At least 3 year(s) of working experience with hands on support in SharePoint environment
Good knowledge in SharePoint 2013 or above
Results oriented and driven by goal achievement with a strong focus on high quality
Strong in flexibility and stress management
Must be able to communicate effectively in English for both written and oral
Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work conceptually
WHAT IS THE PLUS POINT(S)
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation / Certification
Nintex 2013 (Workflow and Form)
Microsoft Certification in SharePoint 2013 or above
O365 cloud services
Scripting / Automation (PowerShell, .NET, Python, etc.)
Basic knowledge of System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)
