WHAT WE WANT YOU TO HELP ON:

Directs the design and implementation of internal and external recruiting and sourcing strategies
Creates and guides the implementation of hiring methodologies that will ensure effective and efficient review of candidates while maintaining the quality of employees.
Support line management in the area of talent requisition including sharing best practices on interviewing techniques.
Oversees the team of recruiters that execute internal and external recruiting initiatives.
Creates sourcing/recruiting campaigns.
Uses appropriate psychometric tools to support hiring decisions.
Directs the college/university collaboration strategy in embracing the young talent capabilities.
Manages relations with outside employment agencies and recruiters.
Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of the recruiting function.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
5-7 years’ experience in recruiting professionals in a high volume as well as experience in leading a team.
Strong Communication skills, spoken and written.
Strong team manager, analytical, uses fact based decision making.
Professional with strong business acumen.
Able to interact and relate to all levels of staff.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Strongly demonstrated leadership in service and customer orientation with good customer relationship skills.
Results oriented and driven by goal achievement with a strong focus on high quality service performance.
Focus on continuous improvement and management through measurement and reporting of performance standards.
