Principal Service Delivery Manager
Begin your career with DHL IT Services as a Principal Service Delivery Manager!
You shall responsible for service delivery of a set of IT Services towards the Supply Chain business unit (DSC) within Deutsche Post DHL (DPDHL) . You are acting as an interface to ITS for the business partner for Run Services, represents the business partner within ITS and drives improvements on behalf of the business partner.
You shall ensure that agreed SLA targets are achieved or exceeded, ensure service transparency, service reporting and service reviews, and managing customer expectations and relationship.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Understand the business model of DP DHL business partners, their needs, limitations and the market landscape in which they operate and how these translate into IT needs
Provide one face to the business partner for all RUN services provided by IT Services
Increase business knowledge in ITS
Provide expertise on SLAs for business partners
Review service provision against agreed SLAs with business partners
Ensure that internal systems, processes and methodologies are followed to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery
Facilitate regular business partner ‘Satisfaction Surveys’
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
Degree in IT or business-related subject
Min 10 to 12 years of relevant working experience
Experience in cross-divisional cooperation
Proven ability to manage senior and or executive level stakeholders; clearly understands stakeholder interests and concerns and initiates procedures to improve relations and communications between stakeholders
Very strong Customer Orientation; builds credibility, trust and long term relationships with key parties
Financial Analysis and Business Case preparation
Experience in cooperation / leading multicultural teams
Good knowledge of Service Management processes (ITIL)
Experienced in driving Service Improvement Plans
