Associate Project Manager

We are seeking for an experienced Associate Project Manager to join our team. You’ll be in charge of a medium/large project or program at all stages and in all project management areas.

You’ll need to ensure that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope, budget, quality, and resource requirements and ensure that customer project goals and objectives are met.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Defines, documents and carries out medium projects ,actively participating in all phases

• Manage customer expectations, reports project status and stakeholder relationships

• Build a strong working relationship with the key managers and account management/ service management in the IT services organization

• Ensure internal service provider deliver all required services according to agreed processes and procedures

• Obtain feedback at critical milestones and at project completion

• Develop detailed project plans, project schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports

• Manage changing scope (i.e. change management), risk and project acceptance criteria

• Utilise project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time

• Translate project requirements into project objectives and tasks

• Responsible for managing Profit & Loss and reporting progress of the project on an ongoing basis

• Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of the project objectives and target

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

• 3-4 years of experience in project management

• Vastknowledge in Software Development Lifecycle methodologyor processes

• Working experience in both build and deployment integration type of projects

• Proven ability to lead and manage a specialist-based, high-performing and multicultural team

• Proficient in customer relationship and negotiation skills, in order to define project scope, time and quality requirements

• Able to demonstrate leadership in project processes and planning activities as well as strategic approaches
