Our Real Estate team is currently looking for a new team member in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In Real Estate we take the responsibility of more than 12.000 properties worldwide with a total area of more than 30 million square meters. Would you like to join us and shape the Real Estate agenda? Your task will be: 

Support to develop and administer Real Estate plans and processes to deliver a range of integrated real estate services, and develop and continuously optimize real estate portfolios in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies
Implement plans and processes for delivery of real estate services and solutions
Collaborate for integrated real estate services and maintain relationship with business partners for all real estate activities
Manage contracts including costs, timelines and service terms with real estate suppliers, brokers and contractors to ensure delivery of desired real estate services and solutions 
Setup plans, processes and standards to deliver facilities to increase customer visibility and confidence
Track trends/changing needs, and support to build executive support and sponsorship 
Execute improvement plans for efficient and high-quality service standards to meet business and external needs, and continuously improve in cost and quality parameters
Support our colleagues in country offices by providing creative real estate solutions in enhancing our competitiveness and profitability
Manage processes, such as: review and development of property solutions for our clients; compilation and update of detailed data on property portfolio in various locations across Malaysia; vetting of lease agreement including finalization of terms and conditions; review of CAPEX, renovation expenses, facility including value engineering to layout plan and specifications
Project management of new projects and initiatives to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance
Working with key account contacts and local teams across the country, where required, in developing appropriate initiatives and value engineering work as well as with the Sub-regional Real Estate Head and regional Real Estate APAC team in executing the above tasks and responsibilities.

Your profile should look like:

Degree in relevant discipline (Engineering/Finance/ Estate Management/ Quantity Surveyor) is an advantage. MBA an advantage.
3-5 years of relevant experience in property with industrial/logistics warehouse sector preferred.
Conversant with all facets of  corporate real estate functions, facility sourcing and lease management  
Familiar with all relevant regulations pertaining to property development. 
Experience in Project Management and Facilities Management is required.
Fluent in English and local language – both written and spoken.
